niceph33 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
• Location: niceph33 is operated for and directed at players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited is not permitted and may result in account closure.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering this agreement.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees of niceph33, its affiliate companies, service providers, software suppliers, and immediate family members of such employees are not permitted to hold active player accounts.
• Own Funds: You must be betting with your own legally obtained funds. niceph33 does not accept deposits or wagers funded by criminal proceeds.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at niceph33. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, shared devices, or overlapping IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

When registering at niceph33, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your niceph33 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. niceph33 will never contact you to request your password, GCash MPIN, or any sensitive authentication detail. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

niceph33 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any point during your account's lifetime. This includes requesting government-issued ID, proof of address, or verification of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

• Account registration is free of charge at niceph33.
• A valid Philippine mobile number is required for account verification and OTP-based withdrawal security.
• niceph33 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another individual.
• You must notify niceph33 promptly if your registered mobile number, email address, or GCash number changes.

All deposits and withdrawals at niceph33 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). niceph33 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, InstaPay, PESONet, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at niceph33 is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Deposits reflect in your niceph33 wallet immediately for GCash and Maya, and within 5 to 30 minutes for bank transfer methods. Deposit funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal at niceph33 is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your niceph33 account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• niceph33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard daily limits.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 hours for InstaPay and the same business day for PESONet.

niceph33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, niceph33 will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.

niceph33 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published on the individual bonus page at the time the offer is accepted. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

General bonus rules at niceph33 include:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bet bonuses at niceph33 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each bonus offer page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible accounts in good standing. niceph33 reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once niceph33 has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation — due to a technical error, network interruption, or other issue — are not valid and will not be settled.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which your bet will be settled.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

niceph33 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where warranted:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that allows bets to be placed without direct human interaction;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage over niceph33 or other players;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other head-to-head game formats;
• Placing bets on behalf of excluded, suspended, or ineligible accounts;
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity;
• Providing false identity information, using another person's payment account, or otherwise misrepresenting yourself to niceph33;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the niceph33 platform or its underlying systems;

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

Players may also request the closure of their own niceph33 account at any time by contacting the support team. Self-requested closures under the Responsible Gaming policy are processed immediately and may not be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period determined at the time of closure.
